Lead Based Paint Inspection/Risk Assessment

Lead Based Paint Inspection/Risk Assessment

CES can provide an individual trained and certified to perform lead based paint inspection and/or risk assessment to identify the presence of lead-based paint and to collect additional information to assess the level of risk to residents of target housing.  We use XRF (x-ray fluorescence) technology to provide instant feedback to the inspector regarding the presence of lead in painted surfaces.

If you are interested in more details about any of our lead and asbestos inspection services please call our licensed inspector Steve Berkoski at 717.943.3235 or email him at sberkoski@cesclean.com.

Lead Inspection

If your project will impact an entire building and you need to identify all lead containing surfaces throughout the interior and exterior of your building, we can perform a complete lead paint inspection including a report of findings.

Lead Risk Assessment

Do you have a HUD project that involves child occupied housing? We have a PADEP licensed lead risk assessor who can perform your lead risk assessment. Contact us for more information.
